Accountant

We are looking for a responsible and motivated accountant to manage our e-commerce accounting and import accounting using Tally (compulsory). The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and be willing to learn. Training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete accounting records in Tally
• Handle day-to-day accounting for e-commerce sales and expenses
• Record and reconcile payment gateways, marketplaces, and bank accounts
• Manage import accounting, including customs duty, GST/VAT, freight, clearing charges, and landed cost
• Maintain import/export and shipping documentation
• Track inventory and cost of goods sold
• Prepare monthly reports and basic financial statements

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Tally (mandatory)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Willingness to learn e-commerce and import accounting
• Good Excel and computer skills
• Attention to detail and good record-keeping habits
• Honest, reliable, and responsible
