Job Description
- Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and manage bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations
- Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Generate MIS reports for management review
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and SOPs
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and operations teams for billing and payments
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and vendor payments
- Support budgeting and cost tracking activities
