Job Description

  • Preparation of sales invoices and purchase invoices in Tally
  • Generation of E-Invoices and E-Way Bills as per GST regulations
  • Verification of GST details such as HSN/SAC codes, tax rates, and customer GSTIN
  • Coordination with dispatch/logistics team for timely material dispatch
  • Preparation and verification of dispatch documents (Invoice, Packing List, LR, E-Way Bill)
  • Maintenance of sales, purchase, and stock records in Tally
  • Follow-up with customers for payment collections
  • Updating outstanding receivables and ageing reports
  • Bank entries, receipt entries, and reconciliation
  • Coordination with management regarding overdue payments
  • Record keeping and filing of invoices and statutory documents
  • Supporting GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) with accurate data
  • Assisting during audits and compliance checks
