Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks including sales, purchases, journal entries, TDS, GST, and bank reconciliation. The ideal candidate should also have strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including the preparation of MIS reports and the use of key formulas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and manage daily sales and purchase transactions.
• Prepare and post accurate journal entries in the accounting system.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain documentation.
• Ensure TDS & GST basic knowledge
• Assist in preparing MIS reports and maintaining dashboards in Excel.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, TDS, and GST (basic level).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (MIS reports and formulas).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
