Accountant

An Account Executive works to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. They play a key role in revenue generation and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities, pitch services/products, and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Account Management: Monitor client accounts, track performance, and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in sales, customer service, or account management.
