• Pay vendors by monitoring supporting documents like purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentations as per defined. • Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. • Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices or documents. • Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports, recording entries. • Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. • Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions. • Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions. • Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed. • Reconcile payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate and properly accounted in the respected expenses base on the cost center already defined. • Produce monthly/weekly Expense reports. • Assist with month end closing process and mitigate all the deadlines given by the management as well as for the government. • Coordinate with cross function team and vendor to get details like SOA and do reconciliation on timely basis and provide details for any deviation. • Maintain schedules for various expenses in depth with key KPI and submit to line manager on monthly basis for review. • Support for intercompany reconciliation on monthly basis. • Do the reconciliation between payable TB & GL TB on monthly basis and submit reconciliation, obtain details for open item and do booking do close variances. • Provide supporting documentation for audits. • Maintain accurate historical records- Tracker of Work allotted.
