Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, journal entries, order processing, and basic accounting functions. The candidate must have working knowledge of Tally Prime and ensure accurate financial records and smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage customer billing and invoices
• Maintain accurate journal entries in Tally Prime
• Process sales and purchase orders efficiently
• Handle basic accounting functions and documentation
• Reconcile accounts and ensure data accuracy
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for order and payment tracking

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience with Tally Prime
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
