Accountant

Job Description

• Maintain and update books of accounts using Tally/ERP systems
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and statutory bodies
• Handle GST filing, TDS calculation & filing, and PF/ESIC compliance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

📚 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or related field
• 1 to 5+ years of proven experience in an Accounting role
• Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of payroll and employee reimbursements is a plus
• Familiarity with Zoho Books or other cloud accounting software is an advantage
