Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Tally, a deep understanding of GST compliance, and the ability to manage payroll and audits seamlessly.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCore Accounting: Handle daily operations including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Compliance & Taxes: Process GST payments, Professional Tax (PT), and Provident Fund (PF) payments; ensure timely GST filing.
• Reporting: Prepare accurate Debtors/Creditors statements and assist in generating MIS reports.
• Payroll & Documentation: Execute the end-to-end payroll process and generate Purchase Orders (PO), Invoices, and Delivery Receipts.
• Audit Coordination: Collaborate with auditors to ensure smooth audit returns and filing.
• Recovery & Coordination: Follow up on overdue payments by coordinating with the sales team and clients.
• Candidate ProfileEducation: Minimum B.Com degree.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in accounting (specifically with Tally ERP).
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Tally is mandatory.
• Communication: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• Soft Skills: Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple financial procedures simultaneously.
