We are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to drive end to end requirements for our business needs. 

What you’ll be doing:

GST

• GST return (GSTR1, GSTR 3B, GSTR9 & 9C)

• Reconciliation Online Vs 2A/2B

• Vendor reconciliation & required action

TDS

• Monthly Payment summary

• Vendor ledger matching

• Quarterly TDS return filing

• TDS Certificated Issue

• TDS compliance

Regular

• Periodical Party-wise Ledger reconciliation reports (accounts payable and receivable)

• Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances.

• Help in reviewing work, mentoring.

• General accounting.

• Develop procedures to improve efficiency.

• Manage general ledger and assist month-end/year-end close processes. 

• Handling day-to-day transactions with CA/Manager

• Ensuring, Expense analysis and booking is done properly

• Ensuring, management of payments and transactions

• Creating quotes and invoices

• Handling reimbursements

• Maintain and create records per regulations,

• Managing petty cash

• marinating documentation, excel, auditing.
