Job Purpose To handle basic day-to-day accounting and billing work for a newly started café cum bookstore.

Key Responsibilities (Basic Level)

• Daily sales entry (café & book store)
• Cash handling and daily cash closing
• Recording purchase bills and expenses
• Maintaining simple records of payments and receipts
• Coordinating with owner for daily accounts status
• Maintaining basic inventory records (books & café items)
• Assisting CA with basic data for GST / compliance (if required)
• Keeping bills, vouchers, and files properly organized

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounting
• Any commerce background preferred
• Freshers or candidates with limited experience can also apply
• Familiarity with Excel and basic accounting software (Tally/Zoho – optional)
• Honest, responsible, and willing to learn

Additional Notes

• This is a new café, so work requirements are simple and manageable
• Female candidates preferred
• Training and guidance will be provided by the owner
