Accountant/ Accounts Executive

We are hiring Accountants for our USA Accounting & Outsourcing Company located in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in accounting and be proficient in Tally and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and data entry
• Process sales and purchase invoices
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain ledgers
• Assist senior accountants with month-end closing
• Support preparation of financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, etc.)
• Assist in budgeting and basic financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with basic accounting principles and applicable tax rules
• Maintain accuracy and documentation with strong attention to detail

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting
• Strong working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
• Ready to work in USA Accounting field
• Good understanding of basic accounting and taxation concepts
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
