Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage complete accounting functions and ensure accurate financial records. The candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, statutory compliance, and reconciliation, with strong command over Tally software and Indian accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete books of accounts, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger postings using Tally software
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Record and manage Purchase/Sales entries accurately in Tally, ensuring proper classification, tax application, and timely posting as per accounting standards.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations on a regular basis
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts
• Manage GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliation, and record maintenance
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings
• Ensure adherence to Accounting Standards and statutory requirements
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audits
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities when required
• Prepare MIS reports and assist management with financial analysis
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar accounting role
• Strong working knowledge of Tally (Prime 7 version preferred)
• Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting tools
• Good knowledge of statutory compliance and banking procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation
