Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

The Cashier is responsible for handling daily cash transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the accounts team in financial operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle all cash receipts and payments accurately
• Maintain daily cash book and ensure proper record-keeping
• Verify and process bills, invoices, and vouchers
• Deposit cash and cheques in the bank on time
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions
• Reconcile cash balance at the end of each day
• Assist in preparing financial reports when required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
• Coordinate with the accounts team for audits and financial checks
• Requirements:Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience in cash handling (preferred)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Honest and trustworthy with financial responsibilities
• Good communication skills
• Qualification:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in cashier/accounts role
