Job Title: Account Cum Office Assistant & Tender Executive
The Account Cum Office Assistant & Tender Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, office administration, and end-to-end tendering processes. The role requires accuracy in financial work, strong organizational skills, and and managing tenders for government.
Accounting Responsibilities :
Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, and financial records
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Handle petty cash and bank transactions
Tender / Bid Management Responsibilities : Training will Provide
Search tender opportunities
Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, and scope of work
Maintain tender records, EMDs, BGs, and tender status
