Accounts And Tax Manager

We are looking for an Accounts & Tax Manager to handle day-to-day accounting, taxation, and compliance activities for our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESIC, and ROC Compliances, along with the ability to manage a team and handle client communications effectively.

• 🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Accounts Finalization, ledger scrutiny & bookkeeping in Tally.
• Prepare & file GST Returns (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual).
• Prepare & file TDS Returns and handle Form 26AS reconciliations.
• Assist in Income Tax Computation & Return Filing for Individuals, Firms & Companies.
• Handle PF & ESIC Registration and Monthly Return Filing.
• Assist in Company Incorporation, MSME, Trade License, and Trademark filings.
• Coordinate with clients through calls, WhatsApp & email for document follow-ups.
• Manage a small team and guide junior staff in accounting & compliance.
• Maintain systematic records & ensure timely filing before due dates.

• ✅ Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax & Statutory Compliance
• Good communication & follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple client tasks and deadlines
• Team handling experience (preferred)

• 🎓 Qualification:
• B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA
• Candidates with experience in CA Firm will be preferred
