Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial records, and support audits and compliance. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally, bank reconciliations, and client account audits, along with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting entries and maintain books of accounts in Tally ERP.
• Conduct bank reconciliations on a regular basis to ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Review, audit, and reconcile clients account entries for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, P&L accounts, and MIS reports.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reconciliations.
• Visit clients’ offices as required for audit, verification, and accounting-related work.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of invoices, vouchers, and receipts.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Freshers with strong knowledge of Accounting can be considered.
