Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in Tally/ERP software, and the ability to handle financial transactions with accuracy.

Maintain daily accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments, JV)

Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

Prepare GST working and monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

Manage bank reconciliation and vendor/customer reconciliation

Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes and follow-up on outstanding payments

Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF/ESI/TDS)

Support in monthly closing and preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet

Maintain proper documentation and organize financial records

Coordinate with internal departments and auditors when required
