Job Description
Handle project billing, costing & quotations
Manage stage-wise billing for projects
Track project cost & profitability
Maintain accounting, journal entries & ledgers
Finalize Balance Sheet & P&L
Manage AR/AP & reconciliations
Ensure GST filing, ITC reconciliation & TDS compliance
Coordinate with clients, vendors & internal teams
Prepare MIS reports & financial analysis
Maintain proper documentation & records
Strong knowledge of accounting & financial reporting
Experience in GST, TDS & statutory compliance
Knowledge of project accounting & billing
Proficiency in Tally/ERP & advanced Excel
Good communication & coordination skills
Strong analytical & problem-solving ability
Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
Self-motivated and team player
