·       Other Accounting Activities:

·       SOP and Training Development:

·       Problem-Solving and Team Support:

·       Process Improvement:

·       Vendor Management System:

·      Tender preparation & submissions:

·       Team Work Allocation:

·       Reporting to Director & Company CA

·       Internal Audits & solve day to day queries

Requirements:

·       Proven experience as an account manager who is a problem solver, able to handle the accounting team and coordinate closely with customers and management.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.

·       In-depth knowledge of basic budgeting, reporting, and bookkeeping procedures.

·       Solid understanding and hands-on experience with TDS, GST, income tax return filing.

·       Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime), MS Office, Google sheets.

·       Knowledge of vendor sourcing practices, including research, evaluation, and liaising with vendors.

·       Familiarity with finance regulations and industry standards.

·       Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

·       Profiles with Inter CA qualification will be an added advantage.
