Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts payable activities, ensuring timely processing of invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and on time
• Perform 3-way matching (Purchase Order, Invoice, Receipt)
• Prepare and execute payments (NEFT/RTGS/cheques)
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain records of all transactions and vendor details
• Assist in month-end closing and reporting
• Respond to vendor queries professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Excel ,
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills ( English)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with ERP systems
• Preferred in QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite and other accounting software
• Knowledge of GST and basic taxation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
