Admin and Operations Manager

We are looking for a proactive Admin & Operations Coordinator to manage client communications and ensure smooth order processing. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for our customers, provide product and packaging information, accurately record orders, and coordinate effectively with the production and packing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries professionally.
• Explain product details, packaging options, and pricing to clients.
• Record and manage orders accurately using our order management software.
• Print sales orders and provide clear instructions to the production and kitchen teams.
• Coordinate with the packing department to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain updated records of daily orders and client interactions.
• Follow up with clients regarding order confirmations and delivery schedules.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with order management software is a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred
