Job Overview: As an Administrative Officer at Bhagat Dhanadal Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative functions. You will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks related to Human resource, office management, communications, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Human Resource Management

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment as per management requirements (job posting, screening, coordination, onboarding).
  • Maintaining employee records, attendance, and documentation.
  • Handling employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR coordination.
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding and exit processes.

2. Statutory Compliance & Licensing

  • Managing compliance related to:
  • PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT)
  • Licenses such as FSSAI, GST, IEC, FDA, and other applicable registrations.
  • Ensuring timely renewal and proper documentation of all licenses.
  • Coordinating with consultants, auditors, and government authorities.
  • Staying updated with regulatory changes and ensuring full compliance.

3. Banking & Financial Coordination

  • Handling routine banking transactions and coordination with banks.
  • Assisting in payment processing and maintaining transaction records.
  • Supporting finance team with documentation and basic reconciliations.

4. Administrative Operations

  • Managing office requirements including supplies, infrastructure, and maintenance.
  • Overseeing utilities such as:
  • Electricity
  • Gas
  • Internet and other services
  • Ensuring timely bill payments and uninterrupted operations.

5. Government & External Coordination

  • Handling government-related inquiries, notices, and documentation.
  • Liaising with departments for approvals, filings, and clarifications.
  • Ensuring all statutory filings are completed accurately and on time.

6. General Administration & Support

  • Providing administrative support across departments.
  • Handling additional responsibilities assigned by management.
  • Ensuring smooth coordination between HR, operations, and management.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in administration, HR, or compliance roles.
  • Familiarity with statutory requirements and government processes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance processes
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and accountability
  • Basic understanding of banking and financial processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation work
