Administrative Executive – Coaching Institute (Long Term)

Well-established coaching institute with 8+ years of stable operations and 100+ students. We are looking for a responsible and long-term admin staff member to manage daily operations.

🕒 Job Timing:

1:30 PM – 8:30 PM

6 days a week

(Weekly 1 fixed off)

💰 Salary:

₹14,000 per month

Performance Incentive

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Student attendance management

• Fee tracking and follow-up

• Handling admission inquiries

• Parent communication

• Maintaining records in Excel

• Coordinating with tutors

• Daily reporting

✅ Required Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email)

• Good communication skills

• Responsible and disciplined

• Ability to handle parents politely

• Must be serious about long-term job (minimum 2 years commitment preferred)

👩 Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Age 23–35

• Female candidates preferred

• Not preparing for competitive exams

• Looking for stable long-term job

• Prior experience in school/coaching/admin preferred
