Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Handle client onboarding, KYC document collection, and maintain records.
  • Prepare engagement letters, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate with UAE accounting, VAT, and audit teams for client updates.
  • Manage email communication, schedules, follow-ups, and reminders.
  • Maintain client folders, documentation trackers, and compliance records.
  • Support billing activities: invoice preparation & payment follow-up.
  • General office administration and support to management.


Required Skills


Graduate/Postgraduate; 2–6 years in admin or client coordination.

Good English communication & documentation skills.

Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; organized and detail-oriented.

Experience with UAE/GCC clients is a plus.
