Job Description


We are looking for a dynamic Admissions Counselor to handle paid leads, generate walk-ins, and counsel students for various courses, including Digital Marketing, PTE, IELTS Coaching, and Study Abroad Programs (USA, Canada, Australia Student Visa). The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and possess excellent communication and persuasion skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Management & Calling:Call paid leads and follow up to convert inquiries into walk-ins.
  • Understand students’ educational and career goals to provide personalized counseling.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
  • 2. Walk-in Generation & Counseling:Encourage walk-ins through effective lead nurturing and follow-ups.
  • Counsel students and parents on course benefits, admission processes, and career prospects.
  • Address queries related to Digital Marketing Courses, PTE/IELTS Coaching, and Study Abroad Programs.
  • 3. Sales & Enrollment Process:Explain program details, fee structures, and enrollment benefits.
  • Guide students in choosing the right program based on their goals.
  • Achieve monthly targets for walk-ins and enrollments.
  • 4. Study Abroad Consultation:Counsel students on USA, Canada, and Australia student visas.
  • Guide them through university selection, application processes, and visa documentation.
  • Collaborate with the visa processing team to ensure smooth admissions.
  • 5. Follow-ups & Relationship Management:Regularly follow up with potential students to ensure higher conversions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and parents.
  • Encourage referrals from satisfied students.

Key Skills & Requirements:✅ Experience: 1-3 years in admissions counseling, education sales, or tele-counseling.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to persuade and build rapport.

Target-Oriented Approach: Ability to achieve walk-in and enrollment targets.

Knowledge of Study Abroad & Coaching Programs (PTE, IELTS, Digital Marketing).

CRM & Follow-up Management: Experience in lead handling and maintaining databases.

Proactive & Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
