Job Description

Role Objective


The Admissions Counsellor at RAO IIT MEDICAL will be responsible for calling parents and students, counselling them about RAO’s JEE/NEET/Foundation programs, and converting enquiries into confirmed admissions. This is a target-driven role with attractive incentives based on performance.




Calling & Parent Counselling


Make daily outbound calls to parents/students from enquiry databases.

Explain Rao IIT Medical’s teaching model, results, and courses.

Build trust through structured counselling and confidently answer queries.


Lead Follow-up & Conversion


Follow up on leads from digital ads, walk-ins, seminars, school tie-ups, and scholarship exams (RISE).

Convert prospective students into admissions.



Admission Growth & Target Achievement


Achieve/exceed monthly admissions targets.

Improve lead-to-admission conversion ratio.

Contribute to centre revenue growth.



Fee & Scholarship Communication


Explain course fees, installment options, early bird offers, and RISE exam scholarships (10–50% discount).



Documentation & Enrollment Support


Guide parents through registration, document submission, payment confirmation, and batch allocation.



Daily Reporting & CRM Updates


Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel.

Report daily on calls, follow-ups, conversions, and pending prospects.



✅ Skills Required


Excellent spoken communication (English + Hindi)

Strong convincing and counselling abilities

Energetic, goal-oriented personality

Comfortable with long hours of parent calling

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp)

Graduate in any discipline

Experience in telecalling/admissions/sales preferred

Freshers with strong communication skills welcome
