Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs, admission requirements, and career pathways
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and online platforms
• Guide applicants through the application, documentation, and enrolment process
• Review and verify admission applications and supporting documents
• Conduct follow-up communications to convert inquiries into enrolments
• Coordinate with academic departments and administrative teams
• Participate in admission events, open houses, school fairs, and outreach activities
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or admission management systems
• Meet individual and team enrolment targets
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and admission guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Proven experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or student services (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
