Admission Counsellor – Online Programs:

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify online leads through telecalling and follow-ups
• Counsel students and working professionals for Online MBA & Online BBA programs
• Handle cold calling to working executives and job seekers for lead generation
• Explain course structure, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes clearly
• Manage the complete admission lifecycle – enquiry to enrollment
• Ensure timely admission closure and documentation coordination
• Maintain lead data and follow-up records systematically

• Excellent communication & convincing skills
• Strong counselling and objection-handling ability
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
• Prior experience in education counselling or telecalling preferred
