Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counseling: Calling student inquiries, explaining course details, and guiding them to choose the right career path.
• Inquiry Management: maintaining a record of calls and following up with prospective students to convert them into admissions.
• Office Administration: Handling walk-in visitors and assisting with basic institute management tasks.
• Reporting: maintaining daily reports of calls and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (Basic English is a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word).
• Pleasant personality with good convincing power.
