Job Description
Sunday working compulsory week off (Tuesday to Friday one day)
- All queries are managed and called. good communication
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our service
- Answer questions about services or the organization
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Achieve the targets/goals set by the organization
- Handling calls (Incomings as well as Outgoings)
