Admission Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process.

The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counseling students about courses, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities, and benefits.Explain course details, fee structure, batch timings, and placement assistance.Follow up with leads generated through Meta ads, website, and social media.Maintain lead data in CRM or Excel.Achieve monthly admission targets.Conduct campus tours and demo session coordination.Support marketing team during seminars, webinars, and events.Maintain strong relationship with students and parents

.Required Skills:

Excellent communication and convincing skills.Good presentation skills.Strong follow-up ability.Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business).Target-oriented mindset.Positive and energetic personality.Qualifications:Graduate in any field (preferred).Experience: 1–3 years in education counseling/sales (Freshers with good communication can apply).Performance KPIs:Monthly admission conversion ratio.Lead follow-up rate.Student satisfaction.Revenue contribution.Salary Structure (Optional Section):Fixed Salary + Performance IncentivesAdmission-based commission structure
