Admission Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Admission Counsellor who can manage the computer training branch, handle student admissions, and also teach basic computer courses. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of MS Office and Advanced Excel, and the ability to teach students practically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding computer courses and career options
• Handle admissions and achieve admission
• Manage day-to-day branch operations and coordination
• Maintain student records, fees details, and reports
• Teach computer courses, including MS Office and Advanced Excel, with practical sessions
• Support students with learning and course-related queries
• Ensure a positive and professional environment at the branch

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of Advanced Excel
• Ability to teach computer concepts practically to students
• Basic knowledge of computer courses and training institute operations
• Strong organizational and management skills

Experience:

• Experience in admissions, counselling, or teaching computer courses will be an advantage
