Job Description

● Responsible for converting new/ qualified leads into successful admissions, inturn achieving the assigned sales target. ● Guide the development and implementation of a school counseling program that focuses on and promotes students’ recruitment and success. ● Conduct home demo sessions, understand customer profile and problems and advise students- parents to opt for our courses. ● Arrange Seminars in schools, open seminars in town, Residential Apartments (Townships) and corporate centers. ● Generate databases from Schools and other sources. Meet with Principals, Coordinators and management Personnel of schools and local tuition teachers for Business generation. ● Take regular training sessions on Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s). ● Update student information in the system for lead management and follow ups.
