Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and driven Agency Manager to build, manage, and grow a high-performing team of insurance advisors. The role focuses on recruitment, training, sales performance, and achieving business targets in the life insurance segment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, onboard, and train insurance advisors/agents
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Motivate, coach, and monitor agent performance
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company policies
• Support agents in closing key cases and handling customer objections
• Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and reviews
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers
• Track MIS, persistency, and business quality metrics
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in life insurance sales (agency channel preferred)
• Proven experience in team handling and recruitment
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Result-oriented with good local market knowledge
