• Drive business growth through agent activation, productivity, and retention.
• Conduct regular training sessions on products, sales techniques, and compliance.
• Support agents in lead generation, policy closure, and customer servicing.
• Monitor agent performance, set targets, and ensure achievement of monthly & annual goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing agents to improve persistency & renewal ratios.
• Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines, company policies, and compliance standards.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to plan sales strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for underwriting, operations, and customer support.
• Prepare MIS reports related to sales performance, recruitment, and business growth.
