Role: ADM / Agency Development Manager

CTC: Up To 4 LPA + Attractive Incentives + PA
- Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop life insurance agents
- Drive business through agency channel
- Support agents in sales closures and joint calls
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong agent relationships
- Ensure compliance and proper documentation
- Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation preferred
- Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in Life Insurance / BFSI
- Agency channel experience preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
