Job SummaryThe Agency Channel Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors to drive sales and business growth. The role focuses on building a strong agency force, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high-quality business with excellent customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard new life insurance advisors/agents
• Train advisors on products, sales techniques, and compliance
• Motivate and guide advisors to achieve individual and team targets
• Plan and execute sales strategies to increase productivity
• Monitor daily activity, performance, and persistency of advisors
• Support advisors in closing key cases and handling objections
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain strong relationships with agents and customers
• Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and training sessions
