Following are the Brief points of the Job requirements - Designing and developing advanced applications for the Android platform with pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs. - Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. - Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance. - Proper requirements understanding from senior team members and work accordingly. - Share regular updates to the respective manager or team lead. - Maintain proper code versioning and do proper code commenting. - Coordinate with the back-end team as well as QA team to progress in the app development. - Help the organization and team to grow and function more efficiently by imparting knowledge to the junior team members - Share ideas, knowledge, suggestions to enhance the product - Provide updates to clients and coordinate with team members as and when needed. - App deployment to play store. - Liaise with the Sales team, provide estimation and help them to proceed further to win the project. - Proper tracking of team members’ tasks and status - Abide by project timeline and maintain good repo with client - Follow project execution methodologies defined by the company - Share ideas, suggestions, etc which can help improve the product or optimize the workflow Must Have Skills Following are the minimum mandatory skills requirements - Strong Android development skills. - Strong Java and Kotlin development skills. - UX/UI Understanding according to the guidelines Material Design. Primary Skills: Following are the minimum mandatory skills requirements - Aware of the design patterns Including the latest trends: MVP, MVVM, Clean architecture. - Android SDK modules of Java code that give developers access to device functions like the camera and accelerometer. - Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON (API parsing using RetroFit) - Experience with integration of third-party libraries and APIs - Working knowledge of Firebase APIs integration in android app - Experience with Android NDK. - Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies. - Able to prepare documents and share with clients as and when needed - Use of various project management tools for tracking tasks - Hands on experience with bug tracking tools which can ease the process
