Now we are looking for a Client & Operations Executive who can become the bridge between our clients and factory team.

🔍 What You Will Do

• Clients se day-to-day communication (calls / WhatsApp / emails)
• Production, packaging & dispatch status factory se lekar client ko timely updates dena
• Orders ko production team ke saath align karna & deadlines follow karwana
• Packaging material & raw material follow-ups to ensure smooth execution
• Dispatch documents, invoices & transport coordination manage karna
• MOMs, order trackers & status reports Excel par maintain karna
• Client queries aur urgent requirements politely handle karna
• Internal team ke saath healthy coordination maintain karna

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication (Hindi + English)
• Professional email drafting
• Soft spoken, polite & client-friendly behavior
• Strong follow-up discipline & time management
• Good command on MS Excel (tracking & reporting)
• Fast learning & strong grasping power
• Presentable and confident personality
• Manufacturing / operations / logistics ka experience - Bonus advantage
