Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance system functionality. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation and ensuring that all systems operate smoothly, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of new software features. - Provide training and support to team members and end-users. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Experience with Apex programming and Visualforce pages. - Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and architecture. - Familiarity with Salesforce integration techniques and APIs. - Knowledge of best practices in Salesforce development and deployment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
