The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to understand system intricacies and deliver timely solutions that maintain business continuity and enhance system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance stability and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText Documentum.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within enterprise content management systems.
- Strong knowledge of system integration and workflow management within Documentum environments.
- Ability to analyze logs, diagnose problems, and implement corrective actions efficiently.
- Familiarity with database management and query optimization related to Documentum repositories.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OpenText Documentum.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Willingness to work in shift B (11 to 9 or 12 to 10)
