AR Caller

• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to insurance companies to check claim status.
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
• Review claim issues and take necessary action to resolve them.
• Update account information and document all call details in the system.
• Identify trends in denials and escalate repetitive issues.
• Work closely with the billing team to ensure accurate claim submission.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity & quality targets.

Requirements:

Good English communication skills (verbal & written).

Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience as an AR Caller (preferred).

• Basic knowledge of US Healthcare RCM (Medical Billing).
• Ability to work in night shift (US shift).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy and experience with MS Office.
