Area Credit Manager -Mid Corporate -Credit Appraisal -Ahmedabad - Navrangpura -M4 -M6*

Major Deliverables: 

• Due diligence of corporate, group and promoters
• Understanding Proposal related Industry and Market dynamics and application of the same in Credit assessments and stipulation of Risk mitigates.
• Site visits and Personal discussions with Promoters/ CFO
• Assessing repayment capacity of borrow /entities on structure 

• Carrying requisite site visit and understanding market dynamics specific to the case .

  Specialized job competencies: 

• Preparation of credit notes along with stipulation of deal specific covenants
• Adherence of Internal Credit Policies and capturing the deviations accordingly in Credit Note 
• Approval / recommendation of credit limits and transaction Analysis of financials.

Desired Experience:  Role is sector agnostic hence looking desired experience
