The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and offering customized solutions to meet client needs. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets. Key Responsibilities ● Aggressively identify and convert new business opportunities through cold calls, field visits, and networking ● Own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure ● Conduct impactful product demos and persuasive sales presentations ● Build and manage a robust pipeline with daily follow-ups ● Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close deals fast ● Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets ● Maintain accurate reporting and updates in CRM ● Track competitor movements and capitalize on market opportunities ● Work closely with service and internal teams to ensure repeat business Who Should Apply ● 2+ years hardcore field sales experience (Cleaning Industry preferred) ● Proven record of closing deals and beating targets ● Strong local market exposure in Maharashtra & Gujarat (mandatory) ● Excellent negotiation and communication skills ● Self-driven, aggressive, and result-oriented mindset.
