Job Description:

• Create Cluster sales plans and projection in alignment with business objectives. Support Sales Manager with day-to-day business activities.
• Evaluate team's and individual performances.
• Report on Cluster sales results as and when required.
• Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
• Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople.
• Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
