Sun Agri Export Co is hiring a proactive and results-driven Area Sales Manager to enhance our market presence in Gujarat. This role involves extensive fieldwork, engaging with both B2B and B2C clients to promote our premium fertilizer products. The ideal candidate should have an agriculture-related background and a strong passion for sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive regional growth.
• Identify and engage potential clients, including farmers, distributors, and agro-dealers.
• Conduct regular field visits to educate clients about product benefits.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain sales records.
• Participate in agricultural exhibitions and trade fairs to boost brand visibility.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture or a related field.
• 3-5 year of experience in sales and marketing within the agriculture or fertilizer industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat.
• Location: Various locations across Gujarat.
