Area Sales Manager

📍 Location: Ahmedabad (Only Local Candidates Required)

👥 Team Handling: 3 Medical Representatives (MRs)

✈️ Travel Requirement: 12–15 days/month (Outstation – Alternate Weeks)

💼 Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage & drive a team of 3 MRs to achieve monthly targets
• Ensure daily doctor coverage, registrations & business generation
• Monitor call average, conversion ratio & productivity of team
• Build strong relationships with doctors & key stakeholders
• Execute company strategy effectively in assigned territory
• Regular field work with team for motivation & performance improvement
• Ensure timely reporting & discipline in the team

🎯 Key Requirements:

Experience in Pharma / Healthcare Sales (MR / ABM / ASM)

• Strong team handling & leadership skills
• Target-driven with good communication
• Willingness to travel 12–15 days/month (Out of Gujarat)
• Good knowledge of territory management

💰 Salary & Benefits:₹3.6 – ₹6 LPA + Incentive + Expenses
