Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical understanding of laboratory glassware and consumables

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage relationships with diverse customer segments — academic,

research, industrial, and healthcare.

Analytical and strategic thinking with a focus on results.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in science (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology) or

Business Administration; MBA preferred.

 Experience: 4–8 years in sales of laboratory glassware, lab consumables, or

scientific equipment.

Other Requirements:

o Proven track record in managing distributors and institutional sales.

o Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
