Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Sales & Business Development

Location: Surat/Ahmedabad/Vadodara

We are looking for a high-performing Area Sales Manager to drive sales, expand our customer base, and achieve revenue targets within a designated geographical area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
• Manage existing accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze trends to optimize sales processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth delivery and client servicing.

Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned area.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and distributors.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
• Set clear performance objectives and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Organize training sessions for sales staff to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for senior management.
• Track and report KPIs, sales achievements, and customer feedback.
